I think it’s a nice choice and it arrived last week. I asked them to ship after I was back home from my vacation, which they gladly did. It’s the last one I need but my Lincoln’s are still packed from moving 2 years ago.
It’s a 1909-S V.D.B. with only 484,000 being produced. I’d place it as a strong VF or a weak XF. There is not a lot of wear but you can obviously see some wear in the high spots. The wheat ear lines are completely visible. No cuts or scrapes and no real signs of circulation damage either. This was worth waiting for in my opinion.
The timing to buy was good as well. This coin helps to celebrate my 70,000 likes mark. I knew I was getting close but I I’ve passed that mark. Probably while on vacation or just after returning. Things are slowly starting to get back to normal for me.

Last month my wife had a jar of wheaties her mom had left her. I do not collect cents and never will. However, when I was cataloging them for her, I came across a 1909 Lincoln cent. I will admit my heart skipped a beat, but alas, no designer initials.:(
