62 D Dime Clipped?

    Been digging through some old stuff this weekend. I probably bought this one at a flea market in the early '70's.

    Is it clipped or did a kid get jipped?

    It has the weak strike on the rim directly across from the clip, so it might be real. I am not an expert though.

    It does look authentic with what looks like a blakesley effect.

    I would not hesitate for an instant in saying that is a genuine clip, and a pretty nice one too!
