Hey folks, I recently got a Hawaii 5 ouncer from APMEX. I was wondering if it was common that these have very noticible polish marks, specifically on the Washington side? I have only seen a couple of these in person prior to receiving this one and I didn't really notice it...maybe cause they were all in cases.
