'59 & '64 Franklin Proofs - FBL?

Would these Franklin proofs qualify as FBL? Or, are they not sharp enough?

The one on the left is a '63 (EDIT: '63 not '64...) - scratches are on the Air-tite.

The one on the right is a '59 taken through plastic on a cardboard flip.

I turned the macro setting on, so that should help with the zoom.

    Thanks in advance!

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

    Two comments:

First, Franklins weren't minted in '64. If you have a 1964, you don't have a Franklin.

Second, Proofs are not labelled as FBL because they are assumed to have a full strike.

I meant '63 lol. I'll correct that in the first post.

For the second point, are my examples too faded? Or, are they what's expected?

The one on the right doesn't look like an FBL to me, but don't hold me to it. I had to consult my seeing-eye dog.
