55' wheat, possible cud +

  1. This 55 seems to have a cud at the end of the date as well the l in LIBERTY is missing, do ya'll think that is pmd?

    I would say PMD. The smoothness of the last 5 in the date could be from grease filled die, or just have taken a hit and is now worn smooth. It is not even close to what is considered a "Rim Cud". Your coin looks like it was in a "Good Luck" token holder the way that the lettering is so close to the edge, and is not laying flat on the surface .
