Disclaimer, I’m not an error guy. However I’ve picked up a few here and there, mostly 50’s proof coins. With that said, any thoughts on this one? Both sides have unusual marks. I’m thinking strike through? Thoughts? D53D996C-620B-4607-81FA-7CF22EB9911D.jpeg

Based on the photos, the coin has been
'hit' and damaged on both sides.

A shame -otherwise looks like a nice silver proof coin.

It looks like the mark to the right of the neck has displaced/raised metal. That couldn’t happen during the strike. Therefore, PMD

Sorry, but I have to agree, PMD

Unless you have it in the original packaging, --

even then, it could have been damaged in the mint

PMD, based upon that photo. I see raised metal, so it took a harsh hit. Not an error, IMHO.

You can see where the metal has been moved. Damaged
