Please add some text explaining what you have no clue about.

 

You did this with another thread too @Bmax5020. You really need to provide information in your opening post as to what you think you have. It’s hard when you post random pictures and leave us guessing as to what they are trying to show. This just looks like a normal circulated $5 bill to me.
