Probably not. Worth keeping? Keep what YOU want, don't let anyone tell you what to keep. Yes, it's good to get other people's opinions, but make sure to keep what you want.
I'd keep it because it's neat, but nothing over face value. I don't tend to keep notes anyway, but I have a couple twos that my dad gave me, and a few ones with number combos that I liked.

The serial number is pretty cool, but unfortunately the condition isn’t that great, most that collect these type of notes are looking for prestine notes if anything else a great poker hand
I have one $2 bill. There was a man paying for his food with it and I bought it off the cashier. Only the 2nd one I have ever seen. It is old and dingy but I didn't have the opportunity to get the 1st $2 bill I saw so I snagged it.
Not in too bad a shape. A few folds though. The serial number is neat but not enough for the value to be over face value. For $5.00 I’d keep it.
