Look at any unc PF Jefferson from the 60's and you will know what Full steps looks like.

It's 5FS - 5 FULL STEP YOU NEED TO LOOK FOR.. FULL COMPLETE NO INTERRUPTIONS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT.

NO. There are 3 large contact gouges across the steps. NOT FULL STEPS.

Willy, Imagine your family are all coming for dinner and you run out to buy a new sealed box of plates and when you open the box and stack them on the table there are several chips and/or cracks are showing, you would not have "full plates". Look above the "N" and "T" and you will see the crack damage easily. Your photo is very good.
    Hope this helps.

The easiest way to see 5FS is to look at a recent proof set at the nickel. The steps have to be full all the way across with no fading or interruptions.
