I just checked my status on the mint website. Looks like my coin was shipped today. I will be checking this one close as I hear they too are showing up out of the capsules. My proof version showed up yesterday and it was out of the capsule. After checking it with my loop, it was fine. I CAREFULLY placed it in the capsule and will be keeping it. You would think the mint would be more careful!!!!
Mine arrive that way as well as many others who posted in my thread. What I hate is that the Mint strikes these coins and others off center. You would think they would tighten up their tolerances by now. I've also seen some of the proof coins with weak strikes where the frosted cameo appearance fades in the crevices or low points of the design.
