$5 Bill - Series 2006 w/ ''HIGHWAY AUTHORITY'' Stamp

    Found this on the day before the photo was taken. Don't know if there is anything special about the stamp, but I've saved it for my collection. I don't know who or what would put this stamp on here, anyone have any ideas? Toll booth?

    I would say collected from a toll booth! Probably stamped on the top note of a stack getting ready for deposit.
