$5.00 FRN.....low serial#? Possible Radar?

    Pull this out of change today. Would the 700007, create any value? Is serial number low enough, to warrant a keeper anyway? I'll put it out to my learned friends. Thanks!

    If you like it, keep it, otherwise it's not a low serial number, or a radar.
    There's a thread on here with "almost" notes.

    Yep, SteveInTampa is right--it's an "almost" so why not spend it? unless you play "liars poker you could have 5 10s,hmmm. Anyway, here's probably my all time favorite "almost" note, cost $2.13 and a trip to the post office.
