When I bought it I suspected an RPM, the thing is I a trying to nail down the variety and die stage.
Here is what I think it is

Variety Vista and Wexlers site do not coincide. Unless it is a severely different Die state.

    I don't think that's a RPM

Thanks, I didn't mean to leave you out.
From what I see it looks to have 2 Distinct MM.
I could be suffering from looking at it to long?

Can you get a closer image of that mint-mark ?

I see what you are seeing, but I don't think that is the same RPM.

You think I can? It's an 18-55 cannon macro capable.
I think I could try and light it better.

It is a different MM than any of the stages that VV and Wexler have posted. Variety Vista DDO-001 S/SE has some close die cracks but the wing from U and below are not the same.

It may not be, it has the possibility of being die wear. Here is a couple more, better lit photos. IMG_0003.JPG IMG_0002.JPG IMG_0001.JPG

I'm starting to think it coneca #4 .
    But, I need a image with the " S " being more + plumb .
The mint-mark is hard to see, cause it's laying back to much ..
Needs to be pushed upward more ..

I think this is the best I can do, what a pain. I should probably invest in a digital scope. IMG_0001.JPG IMG_0002.JPG

The die cracks are all there. but as you saiddie placement.
They say that all trumpet tails have come from one reverse die.

My other thought was it could have been a trumpet tail then repunched with the common S for the year? The deepest S ( in hand ) looks like a trumpet tail?

The position is the closest to 004 and 003 it just doesn't seem to fit within the die stages?

Check some of the markers out and see if yours has them .

It shows all the die cracks of MMS-002
They are slightly in different positions. The die crack in his hair extends through his forehead, to the field.
The mm position is not correct.

I am also gonna try and get some photos of the Die cracks.
