Do I have the reverse oriented correctly? Is that a bunch of grapes? Are the letters Greek or Phoenician? Any help is appreciated.

I believe you have oriented properly and I believe those are grapes.

    Perhaps:

    MYSIA: Perperene
MYSIA, Perperene, 4th century BC. AE 10. Laureate head of Apollo right / ΠΕΡ, grape bunch with vines.

Thanks for your help, Nicholas. Pererene certainly looks like a possibility. There seem to be a lot of stylistic variation. This one, listed on Wildwinds as Stauber 18, has a head on the obverse that appears similar to mine, although the reverse looks very different:

I may have to list this as MYSIA, Perperene [?]

I am just going to toss out my common grape reverse for comparisons
