Here is the 3rd coin... this one has it right over or on his eye lid.. looks kind of like a shadow of lines? would this one be an error? I seen the one's on ebay with the eye error, but this isn't the same thing.. what would something like this be called? is it an error?
more pictures Are you sure it's not an error.. Im giving another picture not as close so maybe you cab see what Im seeing.. it's different then the others.. ok..if it isn't an error, what is the matter with it.. because it's not smooth like the other Jefferson eye lids
Looks like that part of the die received an abrasion of some type. It would be one of the higher points of the die.
