I don't see it. Not a single one of the details in the OP's coin matches the one you posted. There may be some doubling of the rays (are there other DDO's for the date?), but it definitely isn't that one (or if it is, the pictures don't show it)! It is also really hard to see the details because of the way the glare is - you are seeing shadows/glare in the out-of-focus pictures, and it may appear like doubling. To the OP - can you give us some better/clearer pictures?
The OP coin is a 34s, the DDO PCGS photos the 2nd poster posted are from a 34d VAM 3 or 4 depending on the Rev die. The doubling on the 34s is much much more subtle than the 34d. The 34s does not appear to be the VAM to these eyes
I'll give it a try tomorrow and see if I can get something clearer. I don't have the best camera so we shall see.. That image is not my coin but does show the VAM 3 for the 34s. I will try for clear photos tomorrow.. I'm just not sure on my 34s..It does seem like there is somthing there between the B and E
I take it back it might be but IMO it is totally one of the VAM with little following because of not only how slight it is but the already high value of the base coin. http://www.vamworld.com/1934-S+VAM-3
