Welcome to CT Bella. You can learn a lot from reading this forum but you should invest in a Red Book and familiarize yourself with the minting process so you can easily spot simple things like PMD (post mint damage). Also, it is best to provide full sized, well focused and properly orientated photos of the obverse (front) and reverse (tails) of the coin and then close ups of any areas of question. And post a proper heading, not just question marks. This should have been posted under Coin Chat, not What's It Worth as it is clearly just a PMD coin.
