Here are 3 Roman Republics I acquired pretty long ago actually & just finding the time now to share.

    AR Denarius
O: Helmeted head of Roma right; lituus behind.
R: Horseman (M. Servilius Pulex Geminus) galloping left, holding shield inscribed M (Marcus), piercing with spear another horseman, who fights back armed with shield and sword.

    Crawford 264/1; Sydenham 483; Servilia 6; RBW 1069.

Obverse is a die match to the example illustrated in RSC.

    L Procilius (80 B.C.)
    AR Denarius
O: Laureate head of Jupiter right "SC" behind.
R: Juno Sospita advancing right, hurling a spear and holding a shield "L PROCILI F", serpent to right.

KILLER RR's @Mat ! Nice finds! Like 'em ALL!

I really like that M. Servilius Pulex Geminus... great reverse.

The "R" Bankers Mark is very cool on the Procilius.

    I only have the Thermus:

I recently posted my L. Procilius/Juno Sospita denarius in the thread about snake coins, so I'll just post my Q. Thermus here:

Roman Republic, Q. Thermus M.f., AR Denarius 103 BCE. Obv. Head of Mars left with crested, plumed helmet/ Rev. Roman soldier advancing right, fighting with uplifted sword a barbarian soldier before him, while protecting with shield a fallen comrade at his feet, Q THERM.MF. in exergue (THE and MF in monograms). RSC I Minucia [Q. Minucius Rufus] 19 (ill.), Crawford 319/1, Sear RCV I 198 (ill.), BMCRR Italy 653. 19.4 mm., 3.97 g.

Roman Republic, Q. Thermus M.f., AR Denarius 103 BCE. RSC I Minucia 19, Crawford 319-1.jpg

Agreed, the Thermus' are cool! But, I figgerred you would like the Geminus also, due to the Horseman spearing the other... making him a fallen horseman!
