3 Jefferson Nickels from 1 old submission

I was going through an online dealers inventory I buy from frequently, when I came across a group of toned war nickels. They all looked similar to each other, but I never saw a slab shot. I went ahead picked up all 3. I didn’t really pay much attention to the cert #s. I got them today and found out they are all from the same submission from years ago. The holders are older but in great shape. All 3 are the same grade and are beautiful in hand. They all have mild rainbow toning. I was very happy when I opened this package. They will be sent off to Joe for imaging tomorrow, so I will update the thread when I get them. For now you will have to deal with my bad pics.

Thanks Sal. They look a lot better than this. I just couldn't get the color to pop. Thats why I send my coins off.

Well I'll be, I purchased 2 from the same seller, I believe with,1625579- as their certificating number

 

Those are the nicest war nickels I have ever seen. I'm impressed!

Hey thats cool. Those look real nice too @dwhiz. I saw a few others that looked similar but they were sold. Now I know where they went. It’s kind of a tease with that place. They leave listings up that are sold. You think, oh I like that one and you look and it’s already sold or on hold. It’s cool to see a few more from that same submission. I’d love to see the rest of them.

I will admit they look MUCH nicer in hand.
I'm not real happy with those images, I may retake.
They do leave up sold listings for a day or two, the alread sold saves me money

I tried to erase some of it and that just made it worse.
