Each of these 3 coins sounded distinctive to me. The first has a striking red patina, with Apollo seated on reverse and a possible female deity on obverse. The second is tiny and weighing 1.42 g., with a headdress on obverse reminding me of Indian king Vima Takto, but it could be Apollo as well. As for the third coin, I couldn't be sure whether I have a trident or a tripod on reverse. Please post any comment if you like.
That would be my first ancient Indian coin ever. Can I find reference or info at Wildwinds? If king Vima Takto is on obverse, then who is that queen on reverse ? The coin must date back to the first century AD.
First coin: Go to ACsearch.info and use the search terms "AE Apollo omphalos". You'll find some similar coins and from there you can do a more specific search. You have many coins from this empire. Second coin: The obverse bust has a hairstyle reminiscent of Senate, Apollo, or Roma; maybe others. You could use those terms in sequence, using keywords "AE Senate", etc. I suspect it is a Roman Provincial coin, or pseudo-autonomous issue of a Roman territory. Third coin: Try search terms "AE tripod bust" and go from there. No. It is not from India. It is not Kushan. See above.
