Something stinks , I'm not so sure . Some are graded below MS65 and some just say "Genuine " . JMO

They sometimes advertise real coins, but the ones you'll receive will look like the ones in my above comment, that image was actually taken from their website itself!

Yes, that's what I thought, but even 28 culls would be worth more that $269, right?

At least 20 buck a piece would give a total of $560, so yeah!

The images are pulled from various other companies promotions (one of them is even of a sale of fakes), one of them even includes the statement they will be PCGS or NGC grades as MS-66, but the other images show anywhere from MS to low grade coins, The say graded MS-66, but show mostly NGC "genuine" coins or coins in generic slabs.

What will happen if you buy this set is if you get anything, you will get fakes in generic shells with a misleading company name such as PGCS or NCG, or who know they might even be fakes in fake PCGS or fake NGC slabs.

This company appears to be acting as a drop shipper for other companies,so once you find out you have been taken you won't have any option to try and get your money back except with acharge back on your credit card or with Paypal. The frop shipper isn't responsible and the crooks will almost certainly siphon the money out of their accounts as soon as they get it so the CC companies will be left holding the bag.

That’s worth a good laugh. Certainly not $269.

OK... so now I know! I had to take the plunge and buy one of these sets to see what it was all about. As someone else pointed out, the pictures on the site were from many different sources and the seller said they were all MS65 in one place and then they said something totally different in another place.

I paid via PayPal so that it would be easy for me to request a refund. The seller was called Shoplund, and the website and all information seemed to refer to a business called Shoplund. It's a *mostly* well done website.

Well, imagine my surprise when I made the PayPal payment, and then the seller's business name was truly revealed:
HONG KONG HUANG CAI XIA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

I didn't even wait for them to ship the package and I requested a refund via PayPal right away. All of a sudden the seller starts emailing me and telling me that they can process an immediate refund if I close the dispute on PayPal. Very interesting. I've come to find out that if PayPal receives too many complaints, they will shut down the seller's PayPal account which is why the seller is urging me to close the dispute.

Part of me wishes that I had waited until the coins arrived so I could check out what their PCGS slabs look like and what the slabbed coins look like. But, I didn't want to risk not being able to get my $269 back.

It's getting very scary to see how good the fraudulent sellers are getting!

P.S. They have now raised the price back to closer to $1000. Not sure what the play is there.

I saw a coin selling the other day on the bay, 1893cc looked terribly counterfeit. I see a 92% feedback rating on the seller. So I pull it up. And there was someone else who had left negatives that the coins he got were fake. So be careful of anything. That guy was still selling them. And ebay is letting it go on

I actually know a guy that just ordered these. They’re all fake. He realized it after he paid, but was able to stop payment.
