Please post photos! Of the entire coin and close-up of the areas you think have doubling.

Without pictures of your coin, no one can tell if it is really doubled as you say.

As the saying goes, without pictures, it didn't happen!

    Looks good to me, but...

The real pros should be here soon.

    I checked mine. No luck.
Maybe some big $$$ in these?

  10. To follow-up, I checked my two slabbed S less 2011 ASEs and neither has that doubling. I also checked all the raw 2011s I had on hand and none have the doubling. This could be exclusively in the 25th anniversary set. I know of no other legitimate doubled dies in the ASE series. If the mintage is 15K or less as noted in the article, this would be about 1/3 the mintage of the 2008 rev of 2007. This could be a winner. Mine is even noticeable to the naked eye. :). TC

Time will tell. They say 15% of coins looked at so far but that could be higher or lower.
Will the grading companies slab the ones that are from opened sets if this is found only on 25th Anniversary coins?
I wonder how many sets were opened and the bullion coin no longer*eligible to be put in a 25th Anniversary "SET" slab?
I wonder how many 70's there are.Who knows? There could be 100 of these or 1500 of these.

I have three PCGS graded bullion coins graded 69 from the anniversary set. Two out of three have the doubling. I can also see some slight doubling on the BE of liberty. It's minor on the skirt, but one of the two shows obvious doubling on the lowest ray. I'll try to get pictures later. I know I'm a small sample, but that's all I've got.

Wow this is great news if it pans out to be true.I Am still sitting on a box of five Unopened sets. With ER eligibility. If this is true it would surly drive up the priceOf the sets...
