Here is coin #6 on my NGC Misc. Coin attributions.
This is a 1996 P 25 Cents with a nice Struck Through right on the forehead of Washington.

It looks like it might have been the remnant of a partially grease-filled die that fell onto the planchet before striking. What do you think, paddy?

Don't know. Can you tell it is incused? Like a small square shaped area. Mystery Struck Through.

 

Yes, that is why I thought of the remnant. When I searched that $50 Mint bag of 1980 Lincoln's, I found a bunch of this type of strikethrough.
