    This was given to me by a co-worker to try to find some information about. Can anyone help me find out how old it is? Is there any value in it? I told my co-worker that in this condition it is probably worthless. Thanks for any information.

    You might find interest the way people collect Nazi memorabilia but there is no other value otherwise even in perfect condition.

    EDIT: Sorry, it's from the 1990's.

    It looks like a 1995 issue which is worth about $1.25 in uncirculated condition.
