25 cent millitary certificate and 5 dollar bill?

Hey guys,
I was wondering what these might be worth.
One is a 25 cent military certificate
And another is a 5 dollar bill series 1928

I would need to know the date on the MPC military payment certificate.
the $5 red seal is between 10-15$ in VG also depends on if it is a ABCDEF at the date
