Along with my first collectable 1$ Canadian bill, as seen posted in the Paper Money Forum, I spent at least a good hour, if not more, digging through the bargain bins at my local coin shop.

I was very happy with everything I got. The Canadian pennies and nickels in the cellophane are awesome and there were tons of them. I picked up a 1943 D Lincoln steel cent, not in the best condition by any means but, it is my first and only in the collection. Finding the 50 cent British Virgin Islands proof coin for 50 cents was something I couldn’t pass up even though it isn’t mint, I don’t plan on selling it so, maybe I’ll try to clean it up... suggestions?

Anyways, besides the Canuck coins and maybe the ‘59 Lincoln, I think the cherries are the One and Half Pennies individually photographed and included below but, even with that said, the New Zealand Endeavour design is still my favourite... although, lol, I’m really starting to like, very much, the Three Pence.

Bargain bins are the greatest deal in numismatics. Where else are you gonna get a handful of history for a couple bucks? Great score.
