    Yes, the hit on the nose is PMD.

    A hit taken by a coin while still at the mint is part of the production process. So, if you find a coin that has no wear but has a few minor contact marks it is still considered mint state. Every coin is subject to the degree of the severity of contact marks. A coin with no wear starts at MS60, but a MS60 may have too many major contact marks or too many micro-marks to hold that grade.

    This is one reason why people argue over grading. There are plenty more. It is also why ANACS ( the original) and the other TPGs were created…imo…Spark
