2021D Dime-Strange mark???

Can anyone tell me what they think this mark is on this 2021D Dime on the reverse?
(Not my coin or Pics, just trying to get a consensus )

It looks like black ink from a permanent marker aka magic marker. Someone drew a round circle on the coin.

 

Really? I wonder what little devil would do that? Sounds a little strange, no?

 

Maybe a micro-splash of something that stained…and it coincidentally looks like an extra leaf?…imo…Spark

 

Looks like it took a hit or two, but you can't tell much from those photos.
