2021 St. Helena gold 100 Pound privy mark

    Does anyone have information about this privy mark? I would guess it has some bearing on where the coin was struck. Highly unlikely it was struck in St. Helena after all.

    It indicates "East India Company," EIC. Struck at the Royal Mint.
