2021 Dime PM damage?

    I was going through some change a couple days ago and this dime looked strange to me. On further inspection is has an almost perfect circle on Roosevelt's face. Could this be some kind of post mint damage?

    Yes,it got jammed in a coin machine,still ten cents.
