Looks like the ghosting effect aka trick of the light,i also see some large hits and die chips,spend it.
The doubling appears very flat and I see no signs of notching so I'm with die deterioration doubling but with a die chip at the chin on the obverse. So, not a total loss on this one.
Did you even read my full post?I wasn't referring it to indirect design transfer,you know (ghosting)can be 1,000 other definitions.
