Im new at this and recently opened two rolls uncirculated from the bank they have alot of scratches n what look lime water spots they all are looking like the 2020s exept instead of black marks these look like hard water spots also i think but im not sure is there doubling going on on lincolns nose and ear lobe?
Not enough pictures Do a culture swab on the spots and when you check under a microscope you will see what they really are.. Bacteria
