Tip for the future. These coins virtually all come with scruffy obverses and PR-69 or 70 reverses. I warned about this several months ago. DO NOT judge the coin by the TPGS label. Tip and rotate the coin in the light and avoid coins with hairlines, tiny scratches, or scrapes on the high points of Jefferson's face. If you find a "true" MS-68 or higher, you will own a rare modern issue that will eventually be noticed. I have not seen even one top grade obverse yet. I'm looking.
