Copper is a very reactive metal. You have a nice cent that is picking up a little toning. Good for an album, but no premium

Do you have an opinion on whether or not this penny is still in MS condition or is it now AU? Do you know (about) about how much this penny would be worth if it were to be graded in this condition? Depending on which company grades it... ???
