2020-P Salt River Bay-Weird flat extra material

I have come across a few Salt River Bay Quarters with die chips among the leaves. This one has a die chip and a weird flat extra piece of material between the leaves. Any idea what could have cause this? Thanks.

Off the cuff, maybe the result of die clash…imo…Spark

 

Probably a die clash but has the look of a piece of planchet webbing. Not saying it is, just kind of looks like it.

Not a die chip at all. It’s from a clashed die.
