    No. It is more probable that it is the beginnings of die deterioration…imo…Spark

    Could have been a plating bubble pushed over when the coin was stamped. Just a thought.

    Sooo a mechanical issue? Weird anomaly for sure. A section of the top is flattened out but has a few lines across it, the bottom is flattened and then comes up in a triangle fashion. Sorry weird stuff intrigues me. lol
