On the obverse I see a ridge ring at the east from a deteriorated die. On reverse a small die crack and chip top left of the shield.

I found 4 2019 just like yours a few days ago.

    worn/overused die

    Coins are a manufacturing process.

They don't all look exactly the same
after the dies strike a few hundred
    thousand coins, or whatever their
particular die life happens to be.

I also see a little die chip on Lincoln's cheek! These are common to have worn dies, but can be fun to collect. The 2nd column of the shield looks to merge with the ribbon due to die deterioration, interesting!

    A waste of zinc?
Haven't seen any 2019's here in any denomination.
The most recent coin we have is the Block Island quarter which came out November 13th, 2018.

Actually this appears on all shield cents and is a part of the design (the merging). Not sure just why though. When I first started looking at the design in 2010, I thought it was peculiar but then noticed all were the same.
