2019 Cent Possible Doubling

Is this worthless doubling (most prevalent on the date) or doubled died or just worn die?

Also look at the top left part of the shield and ONE CENT on reverse

 

From what I can tell in the pictures, I'm not seeing any doubling. I could be wrong but that's my thoughts on it.

Rick are you sure? I can see the 9 'thicker' doubling easily on your reference, and the 3rd to last photo seems to show it in the coin presented, but I do not see it in the 2 photos above it. Perhaps the lighting, but I am hesitant to agree. IMO, Jim
