It depends on the coins. You do realize that they use different rules when grading coins, right? That is to say that they don’t use the same standards when they grade, thus the grades may be legitimately different from one company vs the other.
Yes I realize they use different standards, I've been collecting for 20 plus years and submitting almost as long having made and held several top pops and holding multiple record auction sales but that wasn't my question. Not sure why the type of coin would matter? However, how about the reverse proof block island quarter? Ngc 70 cross possible at Pcgs or is there a policy that they won't cross 70's?
