2018 D 10c MD?

I hope pic shows last digit 8 appears to be seperated if it is but new coins and reflections give me a false image at times. Reverse the letter C in America really stands out and shows separation but need help from the experts. Thanks again

IMO it is both Machine doubling and die deterioration doubling, as evidenced by the radial flow lines (sign of a die near it's end) and the appearance of "doubling" on both sides of some of the lettering.
