I won't bother posting my thoughts on this coin since the OP believes that I'm negative all the time towards everyone.

Directly in front of the bowtie looks like a scratch on the coin to me.

IDK. You need much clearer pictures of your coin to convince me. Clashes are notoriously hard to photograph. Try taking a picture with the light source at an angle. Some times that helps highlight the clash. Here are a couple of mine. I have yet to find a shield clash.

Do you know how the single squeeze hubbing works?

I am no expert, altho I do get the general idea. The new 2018 ear variety looks no different and it has been attributed ,I must be missing something. 20190815_180455.jpg

Do you have a link for this 2018 doubled year you are talking about? I've not seen it and I can't find one on variety vista or copper coins.

Looks normal to me but I'm on drugs at the moment. Everything looks normal.

That's because the mint makes hundreds of millions of them out of zinc. They are easily scratched and damaged.

Of course, I could say that "your ear" looks nothing like "this ear" but that would be because I am negative toward everyone. Wouldn't it!

Yes,lol:woot: Or....you could say nothing, but that's too big of a task. Lol,its all in good fun,get your panties out of a bind. I'm here trying to understand and learn,I only said that because your answer to my huge post was "no,to all your ideas" no reason why or why not,no real conclusion or anything, just,no.
    Welp,mystery solved.
Jim broke it down, analyzed it and gave a very descriptive answer that rly had me understand the reason. Not that I expect that of you...but...no,to all...cmon
