On second thought I have one exactly like that where lincolns beard looks Doubled ... So that probably more then likely means that it can't be a Chemical reaction between the cent and foreign substance gronnh20 because mines is in the same exact location i.e. Lincolns beard . Infact id say get a 2nd 3rd and 4th opinion and hold on to it . You never know you could actually have something there ...
