This is far from that. There appears to be a D horizontally on the lower serif of the S in PLURIBUS. There is also a die chip or fragment that got stuck on the die that is on top of the Dome. And then, yes there's one more thing. The F appears fine in some photos but jacked in others. The top branch curves waaay downard. The second branch appears to be broken? Have fun. Right or wrong this was a fun one. My sons spent hours with me tonight. Made it all worth it!
It's not a "D". It's an ordinary die chip....PMC...."Poor Maintenance Control"...."F" - Dies do have a tendency to deteriorate once in a while....Again, PMC....It might be worth 5.000000000000000000000000000001c. However, spending time with your son is always good. ~ Chris
