Ya know, Larry, if you edited your photos before you posted them, we might be able to see something. You should have cropped out the unnecessary portion of the dime and then resized it before posting a "Full Image". Chris
Looks like a very small die chip Larry, and maybe another in the hair. Also maybe a couple of small chips at the base of the torch. Very common on modern dimes from Philadelphia. Over worked dies are the culprit.
I agree with Chris on pin pointing what you are trying to show us, but I liked that you showed us the full image of the front and back. JMHO Dave
