2017 Indiana cud issue?

It's located on the hat on the man up top where the hat touches the gun

An interior die break happens in the field of a coin,
a cud happens on the rim of a coin.

I have a 1965 with which its on the edge but not sure if it's just damage

Yours is damage take a while, and look through the site, There are some interesting coins pictured.

 

I figured it was and yes i see the differance

 

Congratulations, that particular series often has them along the top of the rifle too. I check every one I come across.
