    Is this considered PMD or MD? There are several die gouges on both sides of the coin!

    Hi there, PMD is "Post Mint Damage", meaning it was damaged after the coin was minted. that is the case for this coin. MD is "Machine Doubling" referring to when the coin rattles while being minted.
