Has anyone heard about a release date for these? The only thing I read somewhere is that they may be (are) delayed due to putting incused lettering on the rim.
Edge lettering shouldn't be a problem. The mint has been doing such for more than an eternity. Look for them late in the fall. I've got a subscription for a number of these danged things and if the Brexit mania continues I may have to reconsider on the purchase.
Been out for a while have several. I'm thinking W mint is burnished. 2006 is for sure have a couple those. Had a "procedure" on my back today, bed ridden & well pain meds!!!
Edge lettering. Duh ok. I heard something about that. Dang now I wish I could get up & get mine out. Seems like they've been released.
That's because too many people abuse them and the folks that really need them, can't get the proper allotment because of the misuse. Again, I hope you are feeling well and good this evening despite the MD's reluctance to prescribe the proper dosage for a patient that is most worthy indeed to receive the meds..........back pain is an enigma..........I worked for UPS for thirty years and still feel the effects.
Why ruin a nice coin? Edge lettering is a joke...... even the bust half's have it screwed up! So my question is since this is the first I have heard . Date mm,and motto on the edge?
I agree with you completely. It's a shame what people & kids do. I live in the #1 state (according to a recent poll) where RX pain meds are abused. I build planes & like to have a sober mind. Today is basically a band aid trying to hold off any more major surgeries for at least a few more yrs.
The only thing I found online, and why I mentioned it - https://www.moderncoinmart.com/tags/2016-proof-american-silver-eagles/ Although this new edge lettering is quite an exciting addition to the Silver Eagle, it has had an adverse effect. Due to the process of retooling the dies and testing mass production with this edge lettering, production of the 2016 Proof American Silver Eagle has been seriously delayed. Currently the U.S. Mint website has the release date marked as them “TBD” (To Be Determined) on their product schedule. With the year halfway over, this certainly makes things concerning for collectors!
There's a good reason the Smart doctor's are..... you truly don't want to deal with the withdrawal from these drugs. My sister in law in the last 6 months spent 4 months in bed eating every type of pain med possible . Then surgery and recovery from the surgery and detox from the meds. There's another member here whom had to go through detox...no fun at all! I do understand the pain..... as I have had to deal with kidney stones . .... believe me wouldn't wish that on a dog! Do your best to work through the pain. Try focusing on something that pleasures your mind. Best wishes for a speedy recovery .
I get MCM''s emails. I've bought a few coins from them. Read it somewhere before possibly from there. I'm no computer wiz if I find the email I will post it.
I hope your feeling better, been a RN since 2001 (not blowing my own whistle but got to help each other). Got a question, whats your over all opinion of MCM; just curious; I imagine/though I don't know your history of buying coins, silver, palladium etc, but I think you probably have a good body of knowledge. I was thinking of after checking into different companies idea move around a bit, ya know some companies have different items. I just dont want to act in haste and repent in leisure. Thanks
I've not had any issues with them. Might have bought 5 or 6 coins from them in a few year span. They offer free shipping on any order in Fla., so good location for a world coin dealer. As with everybody compare prices. Some coins are a great deal others not so great.
I don't know Paddy. They had a fair amount of success with producing this one. http://moderncommemoratives.com/1992-olympic-silver-dollar/ Now if they don't rush the job on the contemporary (eagle) I think they might just produce a most beautiful and excellent piece.
@Ericred I ran sentences together there I apologize. They're located in Fla. I think if looking for world coins they have a good location. They offer free shipping on all U.S orders. I have gotten the Congo Silvers from there before & a few other world coins. No U.S coins though, not that I can think of. I know they've recently increased prices compared to items purchased in past. Hope this helps. Yeah I will survive I'm testing to see if "killing" the nerves around sac joint will work for me. If it does go back in 2 was to get it done. If not then I'll be in same boat been in for yrs. Thanks for caring.
