2015p cent reverse retained struck through error?

I believe this is a retained struck through (thread) error... would this be the correct term?

Thank you Fred... when you say "probably" I know you would rather have this in hand to examine as opposed to a photograph. I looked at it with a 60x scope and it looks like a piece of material or thread...
