I bought a Loomis roll of New York sartoga quarters at the store today and came across this, its probably PMD but I wanted to see if you all thought so as well. Starting at the bottom of the sword then again on the upset part where the date is all the way to the date is an incuse mark that runs to the date but stops at the 2 is what I think to be a struck through, also along the rim it looks like the beginning of a die break/ cud.
