2015-S Quarter with MDD?

    I would like to know if this is an example of MDD?. The lips seem to be but I am having trouble with the areas around the eyes and nose and would like some opinions. I circled the areas in question. Thanks! obverse.jpg reverse.jpg close.jpg circles.jpg extreme.jpg
